[lang_de]Vor einiger Zeit habe ich ein neues Typogramm gemacht. Ich finde „Randgruppe“ einen ziemlich feigen und dummen Begriff. Eine Randgruppe existiert am Rande der Gesellschaft und ist nicht oder nur schlecht integriert. Randgruppen sind Außenseiter. Früher waren es meistens Ausländer und Schwule heute sind Randgruppen Behinderte und Arbeitslose. Randgruppen werden meist von der Gesellschaft an den Rand gedrängt und halten sich nicht zufällig dort auf. Sie können einfach nicht in die Mitte gelangen.
Einerseits heben sie sich durch ihr Anderssein von der Masse ab, andererseits gehen sie aber in dieser Masse unter.

Marginal groups exist on society’s edge and are not integrated. They are outsiders. Foreigners and gays used to be marginal groups of the past. Today’s marginal groups are handicapped and jobless people. Marginal groups are pushed to society’s borders, they just can’t move to the center.
On the one their otherness distinguishes them clearly from the gray mass, on the other hand they are drowned by this mass.
